Choose where it goes across iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

3

It's filed automatically

It uploads to that folder — never the Camera Roll.

FAQ

Good questions, answered.

Troubleshooting

If something's not working.

The camera or microphone won't open

Direct Shot needs Camera and Microphone access. Open the iOS Settings app → Direct Shot, and make sure both are enabled.

My upload is stuck

iCloud uploads resume automatically when you're back online. Google Drive and Dropbox require an active internet connection.

I can't connect Google Drive or Dropbox

These are unlocked with the optional in-app purchase. After purchasing, connect each service from Settings inside the app. Use Restore Purchase if you've already bought it on another device.

Setting up a widget

Add the Direct Shot widget from your Home or Lock Screen. It shows your current destination and launches the camera in one tap.

Changing photo or video quality

Open Settings inside Direct Shot to adjust format and file size for your device's camera.
