If something's not working.
The camera or microphone won't open
Direct Shot needs Camera and Microphone access. Open the iOS Settings app → Direct Shot, and make sure both are enabled.
My upload is stuck
iCloud uploads resume automatically when you're back online. Google Drive and Dropbox require an active internet connection.
I can't connect Google Drive or Dropbox
These are unlocked with the optional in-app purchase. After purchasing, connect each service from Settings inside the app. Use Restore Purchase if you've already bought it on another device.
Setting up a widget
Add the Direct Shot widget from your Home or Lock Screen. It shows your current destination and launches the camera in one tap.
Changing photo or video quality
Open Settings inside Direct Shot to adjust format and file size for your device's camera.
